Coffee Punch
5 cups hot coffee, 1 pint of vanilla ice cream/ice milk
1 pint chocolate ice cream, 1 teaspoon crème de cacao
In a meilley phuinsh: punch bowl, pour coffee over ice cream. Beat lightly until partially melted. Add crème de cacao. Pour into punch glasses; sprinkle with nutmeg.

Lammas Ubhal: Lambswool: Harvest Apple Punch
2 quarts hot milk, 8 apples, 1 cup of honey
Preheat oven to 180°C: 350°F. Bake apples in a shallow glass pan for 40 minutes until soft. [or roast them over a fire suspended on strings]. Squeeze pulp from apples, discard skins, fluff purée with fork. Heat milk, add apple purée, honey.

Pumpkin Ice Cream and Mousse
¾ cup packed brown sugar (omit for mousse and add 2 pkgs instant vanilla pudding)
¼ tsp. ground cinnamon and ginger, 1 16 oz can pumpkin
1 cup skim milk, 2 cups non-fat whipped topping (Italian foam)

Ice Cream: Mix ingredients. Freeze according directions. Mousse: Mix ingredients. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set. Makes: 2 qts
